Tajiri Resources Corp. is set to complete the initial portion of its announced non-brokered private placement, successfully raising $495,000 by issuing 9.9 million units at $0.05 each, which includes a share and a purchase warrant. The funds are earmarked for the exploration and development of the company’s mineral properties and general working capital, with all issued shares being locked for a four-month period.
