Taizhou Water Group Co., Ltd. has announced the upcoming re-election and appointment of its Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee, scheduled for the annual general meeting on June 28, 2024. The Board has proposed fifteen candidates for Director positions, including both executive and non-executive roles, and three for shareholder representative supervisors, all with a three-year term upon shareholder approval. Current non-executive Directors Mr. Guo Dingwen and Mr. Ye Xiaofeng will retire, having confirmed no disagreements with the Board.
