TAIYO YUDEN CO., LTD. has announced it will receive a substantial dividend of ¥7,955 million from its subsidiary TAIYO YUDEN (GUANGDONG) CO., LTD. in August 2024. This dividend will be reflected as non-operating income in the company’s non-consolidated financial statements for FY ending March 2025, but will not affect the consolidated financial results.
