Tailam Tech Construction Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. Ng Ka Man as company secretary and authorised representative, effective from June 18, 2024. She will be succeeded by Ms. Chan Siu Yin, who is deemed qualified under the relevant Listing Rules and has been serving as a joint company secretary since the company’s listing. The company expressed gratitude to Ms. Ng for her service and confirmed Ms. Chan’s capability to independently handle the required duties.
