Yangzhou Guangling District Taihe Rural Micro-finance Company Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Xu Xuechuan as an independent non-executive director and various committee roles, prompting the need for the company to find a suitable replacement to comply with the Stock Exchange’s listing rules. The company is currently not in compliance with the rules requiring a minimum number of independent non-executive directors and expertise in the audit committee, and is seeking to rectify this within three months. There was no disagreement reported between Mr. Xu and the board, and his contributions during his tenure were acknowledged with appreciation.
