Taiga Building Products Ltd. has expanded its board to seven members, appointing Sylvester Ong Pai Koo, who brings a strong background in construction and finance. The announcement came after the company’s annual general meeting, where shareholders also re-elected six previous directors and re-appointed Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP as auditors for the next year.
