Tai United Holdings Limited has announced the postponement of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) originally scheduled for 7 August 2024, due to the need to find a new auditor after Elite Partners CPA Limited withdrew their re-appointment. The company is working to identify a new audit firm to fulfill the statutory requirement and will issue updated AGM materials in due course. Shareholders have been advised that previously issued proxy forms are now void.
