Tai United Holdings Limited has announced significant changes to its leadership team, with Mr. Zheng Yuchun stepping down as executive director and Mr. Wang Hongfang retiring from his roles as executive director, chairman, and CEO. Mr. Su Shigong will take over as chairman while Ms. Yang Yuhua will assume the positions of CEO and authorized representative after the upcoming annual general meeting. Both Mr. Zheng and Mr. Wang leave without any disagreements and have expressed their desire to focus on personal and other business commitments.
