System1 Group PLC has announced a change in major shareholdings, with Stefan Barden now holding a total of 4.1% of voting rights after crossing the notification threshold on June 21, 2024. The previous notification had Barden at a 6.2% stake, indicating a disposal of shares in the company. All necessary notifications regarding this change were completed and submitted in London on June 24, 2024.
