System1 (SST) has shared an announcement.
Charles Ursini, co-founder of System, Inc.’s precursor and a key figure since March 2023, has been appointed as the new President and Chief Operating Officer while continuing his role on the Board. Ursini brings a wealth of experience, having served as System, Inc.’s inaugural CEO and holding executive roles at Leaf Group and as an analyst at Amazon. Despite his significant responsibility, he will not be receiving cash compensation for his new position, in line with the company’s policy, but will enjoy standard health and welfare benefits.
