SysGroup PLC successfully passed all resolutions during their recent General Meeting, paving the way for the completion of a significant fundraising initiative. Shareholders showed overwhelming support, with resolutions related to share allocations and pre-emption rights receiving nearly unanimous backing. This approval is a key step towards the expected trading of newly issued ordinary shares on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on June 26, 2024.
