Syrah Resources Reports Director’s Share Transfer

Syrah Resources (AU:SYR) has released an update.

Syrah Resources Limited has reported a change in the director Shaun Verner’s interest in the company, with a recent notice revealing an off-market transfer of shares within entities that he is a beneficiary of. The transfers involved no change in beneficial ownership and included the transfer of shares from his spouse, Pauline Loftus-Hills, to a family trust. The company’s shares were valued at $0.24 each during the time of the transaction.
