Syrah Resources Director Increases Shareholding

Syrah Resources (AU:SYR) has released an update.

Syrah Resources Limited has reported a change in Director John Beevers’ interest in the company, with Beevers acquiring an additional 53,298 Non-Executive Director Share Rights (NED Rights) through salary sacrifice under the company’s Non-Executive Director Share Rights Plan. This transaction, approved by shareholders at last year’s AGM, brings his total holdings to 340,770 NED Rights, alongside 142,377 ordinary shares.
