Syntara Limited (SNT), listed on the ASX, has requested a trading halt pending the announcement of a capital raising outcome. The halt will remain until the commencement of normal trading on 31 July 2024 or when the company releases the announcement, whichever comes first. The capital raising involves a placement of ordinary shares to institutional and sophisticated investors.
