Synertone Appoints New Non-Executive Director

Synertone Communication Corporation (HK:1613) has released an update.

Synertone Communication Corporation has announced the appointment of Ms. Woodham Mostovaya Ekaterina as a non-executive Director, effective from 29 May 2024. Ms. Ekaterina brings over fourteen years of experience in conference interpretation and business development, with a strong educational background and proficiency in English, Chinese, and Russian. Her initial term will last three years with the possibility of automatic renewal and she will receive a monthly director’s remuneration of HK$30,000.
