Synertone Communication Corporation has announced board changes effective from 6 August 2024, including the resignation of Mr. Cheng Nicholas Tat Hei and the retirement of Mr. Lam Ying Hung Andy. Mr. Xu Dongsen will join as an independent non-executive Director and chairperson of the Nomination Committee. The company has expressed gratitude to Mr. Cheng for his contributions.
