Synergia Energy Ltd has announced it will repay GBP 107,822 in cash for 1,000 extended convertible loan notes on September 30, 2024, while the remaining 750 notes will be converted into 101,083,050 new ordinary shares, with an application for these shares to be admitted for trading on AIM around the same date.
