Synergia Energy Ltd has announced the conversion of extended convertible loan notes which will result in the addition of 101,083,050 new ordinary shares to the AIM market, with an effective date on or around October 2, 2024. Post-admission, the total issued share capital of the company will be 10,738,875,029 shares.
