Synectics plc has appointed Amanda Larnder as its new Chief Executive Officer, following her interim role after the previous CEO’s sudden passing. Larnder, who has been with Synectics since July 2022, will continue to manage finance operations until a new CFO is found. As part of her new role, she received options for 1,000,000 shares under a long-term incentive plan aimed at driving sustainable growth and enhancing shareholder value.
