Sylvania Platinum Limited has announced the exercise of vested bonus shares by directors, senior management, and employees, satisfied by issuing shares held in Treasury. A portion of these shares was repurchased by the company to cover tax liabilities and additional buybacks were made at the 30-day VWAP. After the transactions, the company’s issued share capital stands at 273,366,725 Ordinary Shares, with 11,552,395 held in Treasury.
