Sydbank A/S has decided to exercise its contractual call options to redeem early two senior non-preferred bonds denominated in Swedish kronor with a combined nominal value of SEK 1.05 billion. The bonds, originally maturing in February 2027, will instead be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on 9 February 2026, after which they will be delisted from Nasdaq Copenhagen, reflecting the bank’s active management of its funding structure and regulatory capital profile.
