Swiss Re AG ( (CH:SREN) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Swiss Re shareholders approved all proposals at the 2026 Annual General Meeting, including an ordinary dividend of USD 8.00 per share for the 2025 financial year, to be paid from voluntary profit reserves with shares trading ex-dividend from 14 April 2026. Investors also backed the election of Jean‑Jacques Henchoz to the Board of Directors, the re-election of all current Board and Compensation Committee members, and endorsed key reports, compensation packages and a shift of the company’s statutory share capital currency from Swiss francs to U.S. dollars, reinforcing Swiss Re’s capital flexibility and governance continuity.
