Swedish Export Credit Corp Issues $1.25B Notes

ELEMENTS Linked to the ICE BofAML Commodity Index eXtra Biofuels Total Return (FUE) has released an update.

Aktiebolaget Svensk Exportkredit (publ), also known as the Swedish Export Credit Corporation, has successfully issued $1.25 billion in Medium-Term Notes, Series H, due September 2027. The notes were issued under a series of supplemental indentures to a 1991 indenture between the company and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., acting as trustee. Legal counsel confirmed the company is in good standing under Swedish law, and the notes are valid, enforceable, and backed by the full credit of the company.
