Sveafastigheter AB ( (SE:SVEAF) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Sveafastigheter reported solid operating performance for 2025, with rental income up 12.9 percent to SEK 1,536m and net operating income up 17.4 percent to SEK 1,010m, driven by higher occupancy and portfolio growth. Profit from property management more than doubled to SEK 376m, and although property value changes remained negative, the loss was far smaller than the previous year, lifting full-year profit to SEK 84m and slightly increasing long-term net asset value per share.

The company continued to invest heavily, putting SEK 953m into its portfolio, starting construction of new apartments in Västerås, securing land allocations and building rights for several hundred additional units, and executing a major residential swap deal with KlaraBo involving 1,231 apartments that reshapes its geographic footprint. Sveafastigheter also strengthened its financing platform by extending key credit facilities, establishing a EUR 2,000m EMTN programme with an initial EUR 300m bond issue, and moving to redeem existing bonds early, actions that support its growth ambitions while keeping leverage stable at a 42 percent loan-to-value ratio.

The most recent analyst rating on (SE:SVEAF) stock is a Hold with a SEK39.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Sveafastigheter AB stock, see the SE:SVEAF Stock Forecast page.
