Suzhou Basecare Medical Corporation Limited successfully conducted its 2023 Annual General Meeting and the 2024 class meetings for Domestic and Unlisted Foreign Shareholders, with all resolutions except one for the H Shareholders Class Meeting being passed by shareholders through a poll. The meetings, overseen by Chairman Dr. Liang Bo, were held at Suzhou Industrial Park and adhered to PRC laws and company regulations, ensuring the validity of the poll results.
