Ltd. has announced changes to its executive board, with Ms. YANG Ying resigning as an executive Director due to personal work arrangements but will continue as chief quality officer. Ms. JIANG Junchao has been appointed as a new executive Director, bringing experience from various roles in human resources management, including positions at Walmart China and Coca-Cola. Ms. Jiang’s term will extend until the next general meeting, where she will be eligible for re-election.
