Suzano S.A. has announced a substantial interest on equity payout of 2.5 billion Brazilian reais, translating to BRL 2.017362506 per share, to its shareholders. This declaration, approved by the Board, will be paid on January 10, 2025, to those holding shares by December 16, 2024. As part of its fiscal strategy, the payout will cover the minimum mandatory dividend with any excess directed towards additional dividends for the year ending December 31, 2024.
