Surge Copper Corp has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $2.2 million through the sale of special flow-through common shares. The funds will be allocated for general exploration expenses, with tax benefits to be passed on to subscribers. The offering also included a related party transaction with a company insider under specific exemptions.
