Surface Transforms PLC has announced the appointment of Andrew Kitchingman as the new non-executive chair, following the retirement of David Bundred. Kitchingman brings extensive experience from his non-executive roles with several public companies and aims to prioritize operational excellence and efficient capital management. His predecessor, Bundred, expressed confidence in Kitchingman leading the company to capitalize on its strong technology and significant demand for its automotive brake disc products.
