Surefire Resources NL ( (AU:SRN) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Surefire Resources NL has reported a change in director Vladimir Nikolaenko’s relevant interests in the company’s securities following a 1-for-25 consolidation of its capital structure. The consolidation, effective 8 May 2026, has reduced the number of fully paid ordinary shares, options and partly paid shares held indirectly through several associated entities, while preserving the director’s proportional economic interest.
Post-consolidation, Nikolaenko now holds 43,917,650 fully paid SRN shares, 1,134,593 SRNOD options, 14,654,777 SRNOE options and a reduced number of partly paid shares compared with pre-consolidation levels. The change does not reflect on-market trading or new investment, but is purely a mechanical outcome of the capital consolidation, clarifying the director’s updated holdings for shareholders and the market.
