Supply Network Limited (AU:SNL) has released an update.

Supply Network Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 27 November 2024, where shareholders will review the company’s financial reports, vote on the Remuneration Report, and decide on the reelection of Mr. P W Gill and the election of Mr. R D Fraser as Directors. Additionally, a proposal to increase the maximum remuneration for Non-Executive Directors from $400,000 to $600,000 will be considered.
