Supply Network Director Sells Shares, Adjusts Stake

Supply Network Limited (AU:SNL) has released an update.

In a recent development, Supply Network Limited has disclosed a change in the interest of director Mr. P W McKenzie, who sold 231,254 of his ordinary shares on-market for a total consideration of AUD30.00 each. Following the sale, Mr. McKenzie’s indirect interest through the P & L McKenzie Superannuation Fund now accounts for 3,440,506 ordinary shares.
