Supply Network Limited has announced a significant change in director P W McKenzie’s shareholding, with a disposal of 1,000,000 ordinary shares at a value of AUD29.25 each. This transaction has altered McKenzie’s interest in the company, now holding 3,612,159 shares. The change, which took effect on September 3, 2024, was disclosed in compliance with the ASX listing rules.
