Superloop Limited has announced the release of 3,393,665 ordinary shares from voluntary escrow on 23 June 2024, which were initially issued as part of the acquisition deal for Acurus Holdings Pty Ltd in June 2022. Superloop, known for providing enhanced internet connectivity to Australian homes and businesses, continues to enable market growth for retail brands through its Infrastructure-on-Demand platform and extensive physical network assets.
