Superloop Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for shareholders on June 12, 2024, to be conducted online, with provisions for voting and asking questions virtually or via a dedicated phone line. The EGM will address the ratification of a significant grant of options and shares to Origin Energy. Shareholders are encouraged to submit questions in advance and can access meeting documents on Superloop’s website or through ASX’s announcement platform.
