Superloop Limited has announced the issuance of over 8 million new shares to Origin Energy, which will be under a 12-month voluntary escrow with certain exceptions. These shares were issued in accordance with section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act, without the need for disclosure under part 6D.2. The company confirms compliance with relevant corporate regulations as of the notice date and reports no ‘excluded information’ as per legal requirements.
