Superland Group Holdings Ltd. has released its unaudited interim financial results for the first half of 2024, reporting a decline in revenue and profit compared to the same period in 2023. The company experienced a decrease in gross profit from HK$58,112,000 to HK$55,843,000 and a notable drop in profit attributable to owners from HK$7,528,000 to HK$4,272,000. Despite the downturn, the group’s total assets have increased from HK$870,322,000 to HK$974,899,000.
