SuperBuzz Inc., a company at the forefront of AI-driven communication technology, has entered into a loan agreement through its subsidiary, Message Notify Ltd., with a principal amount of US$755,742, borrowed from Yoel Yogev, the company’s Chairman. The loan, bearing a 13% interest rate, is aimed at bolstering SuperBuzz’s working capital and general corporate purposes. This funding is part of a related party transaction, approved by the board with certain abstentions, and is expected to support SuperBuzz’s innovative platform that automates processes for businesses.
