Superactive Group Company Limited, a Bermuda-incorporated company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, has disclosed changes in its company secretary and authorised representative roles, with executive director Lee Chi Shing Caesar assuming these compliance-related positions as of 1 January 2026. The company announced that the Stock Exchange has issued additional resumption guidance requiring Superactive to comply with Listing Rules 3.05 and 19.05(2) as a condition for lifting the trading suspension on its shares, which has been in place since 1 April 2025; trading will remain halted until all resumption requirements are satisfied to the Exchange’s satisfaction, and shareholders are urged to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
