Super League Enterprise, Inc. (SLE) has announced a transformative deal with Infinite Reality (iR) that will position SLE at the forefront of the immersive media and gaming industry. The strategic partnership commences with iR acquiring a 9.9% stake in SLE and the appointment of Infinite Reality’s Board Chair, Clark Callander, to SLE’s board. A subsequent agreement will see iR secure a majority stake through a further 75% share acquisition, a financial commitment of up to $20 million, and a $30 million credit facility. This deal will integrate iR’s properties under SLE, expanding its market reach and audience engagement capabilities, while retaining exclusive rights to produce events and sell sponsorships for the Drone Racing League.
