Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust’s manager, currently known as ARA Trust Management (Suntec) Limited, will be renamed to ESR Trust Management (Suntec) Limited from 15 July 2024 to better align with its ESR Group Ltd affiliation. This name change will be reflected in an amendment to the trust deed, but the name of Suntec REIT itself will remain unchanged.
