Sunstone Metals Ltd has announced a proposed issue of securities, including a significant offer under a securities purchase plan and a separate placement. The plan includes up to 400 million ordinary shares and 200 million free attaching options, with an additional 500 million shares and 250 million options available through the placement. The securities are expected to be issued in October 2024, following the closure of the offer at the end of September.
