Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. has announced an extension of the closing date for the issuance of new shares under its General Mandate, moving the deadline from June 7, 2024, to July 31, 2024. This adjustment is made to allow additional time for the placement and issuance of shares as part of a settlement agreement with creditor Mr. Zhang Jun. All other terms of the original settlement remain unchanged.
