Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. has announced an extension of the closing date for the issuance of new shares under its General Mandate to October 31, 2024. This decision follows inquiries from Canadian regulatory authorities regarding the transaction’s details and the creditor involved. The terms of the Settlement Agreement remain unchanged except for the new closing date.
