Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. has announced an extension of the closing date for the issuance of new shares under the General Mandate, moving the deadline from August 31, 2024, to September 30, 2024. This extension allows additional time for the placement and issuance of the relevant shares as part of the settlement agreement with the Creditor. All other terms of the agreement remain unchanged.
