Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. has announced an extension of the closing date for the issuance of new shares under their general mandate, moving the deadline from July 31, 2024, to August 31, 2024. This extension is to allow additional time for the placement and issuance of the relevant shares as part of a settlement agreement with a creditor. All other terms of the original settlement remain unchanged.
