Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. is set to hold its Annual Meeting on June 17, 2024, for Calgary or June 18, 2024, for Hong Kong, with a record date for shareholders on May 8/9, 2024, to determine who will receive notice and be eligible to vote. Shareholders must be on record by this date, but transfers can be made, allowing new owners to vote if they provide appropriate evidence at least ten days before the meeting. The company’s annual report and financial statements for 2023 will be available to shareholders and on the Sunshine Oilsands and Hong Kong Stock Exchange websites.
