Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. has entered into an agreement to waive the accrued interest for the entire year of 2024, amounting to approximately $31.5 million USD, a strategic move that promises to significantly reduce the company’s financial liabilities and improve its gearing ratio. This step is seen as beneficial for both the corporation and its shareholders. No other terms of the existing agreements have been altered as part of this Interest Waiver Agreement.
