Sunshine Metals Limited has appointed its Group Accountant, Shaun Menezes, as the new Company Secretary, effective from July 1, 2024. With over two decades of experience, Menezes brings a wealth of knowledge from previous senior roles in ASX and SGX listed companies, including a tenure as an executive director at a major accounting firm. He replaces Alec Pismiris, who will continue as the Non-Executive Chairman of the company.
