Sunshine Metals Director Increases Stake

Sunshine Gold Ltd (AU:SHN) has released an update.

Sunshine Metals Limited has notified the ASX of a significant change in the holdings of director Paul Ian Chapman. Chapman’s interests have increased through the acquisition of 1,818,182 fully paid ordinary shares and 606,061 new options, with a total consideration of $40,000. The changes, effective from 15 May 2024, followed approvals at a recent General Meeting and resulted in Chapman’s indirect shareholding rising to 58,091,364 shares with additional options.
